Kinsley Group provided technical and project management assistance to V/Line with regards to the reopening of the Echuca to Toolamba Rail Corridor that resumed freight operations on Thursday 03 October 2013.

Due to Kinsley Group’s extensive knowledge of level crossing requirements, V/Line engaged the services of Kinsley Group to review the road signage provided on the road approaches to each level crossing to check conformance with current standards and liaise with local councils including the City of Greater Shepparton, Shire of Campaspe and VicRoads to gain agreement where signage alterations were required via the standard MOA process to meet current standards and improve the safety of the level crossings prior to the line reopening.
