Kinsley Group was engaged by VicTrack under a secondment arrangement to manage the design and construction delivery of the New Street Level Crossing reopening in Brighton on behalf of Public Transport Victoria. The project involved track, civil and signalling design and construction works.

Extensive consultation with a range of stakeholders including Heritage Victoria, VicRoads, Bayside City Council, Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) and Public Transport Victoria (PTV) was required to ensure the project objectives incorporated stakeholder requirements.

Throughout the project delivery it was essential that stakeholder requirements were actioned and numerous design/construction risk workshops were facilitated and site surveillance works performed to ensure the project was delivered safely and with minimal impacts on train operations and commuters.
