Kinsley Group was engaged by VicRoads for the detailed design development associated with the duplication of the Cardinia Road Level Crossing in Officer. The project was funded by VicRoads and formed part of the overall Cardinia Road Duplication Project.

The design works incorporated drainage, lighting, pavement and general civil design arrangements of the level crossing. The detailed design was produced in accordance with MTM, VRIOGS, VicRoads and relevant Australian Standards.
