Kinsley Group was engaged by VicTrack under a secondment arrangement to manage the construction delivery of two railway station car park extensions situated at Werribee and Pakenham Train Stations. The project was funded by Public Transport Victoria and involved civil, electrical, geotechnical and CCTV engineering inputs.

The expansion works delivered an additional 100+ spaces at each car park and were delivered in consultation with the rail operator, Metro Trains Melbourne and Public Transport Victoria.
